Reduce, Re-use, Recycle

In 2012, Redwood and Renville Counties joined together to establish the Redwood/Renville Regional Solid Wast Authority (RRRSWA) to accomdate chaing solid waste needs.  Construction of a new material recovery (recycling) and Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) transfer facility began in2014, with an anticipated completion date in late 2015.   Click here for their official website, photos, Q&A, and serivce map!

This new 39,000 sq ft facility will serve the needs of the two-county area through improved processing of recyclables, and a more efficient method of transporting Municipal Solid Waste (MSW).  

RRRSWA will provide quality environmental programs with expanded services, special collection evetns, and a household hazardous waste disposal program.
