Lower Sioux Early Head Start and Preschool
Our facility is located on the east side of the hotel wing -- in the former site of Kids' Quest. We are scheduled to open mid-late July 2018 in our newly rennovated space! We will have two levels to accomodate the needs of our Immersion Center/Preschol/Head Start program.
The new Lower Sioux Early Head Start and Preschool program will open mid-late July. We are an evidence-based early learning program for children ages 0 to 5. Our program provides wrap-around services that integrate education, physical health, nutritution, mental health and family/community engagement. It is our mission to raise the next generation of Dakota language speakers and to promote school readiness by enhancing the social, emoitonal, and cognitive development of the most at-risk children and families.
We will offer center-based and home-based learning, as well as expectant family learning!
